Stephen is set to play the role of Bassanio in ‘THE MERCHANT OF VENICE’
at The Bridewell Theatre,London on/from June 3rd at 1pm

I’m not sure how many performances he will be doing,but if I get any more
information i’ll let you know

THE CITY: SUMMER 1988

Set in the brash world of 1980’s excess, where bright young things live a loadsamoney lifestyle of flash cars, vintage champagne and power dressing. In the City, people work hard, play hard and put it all on the credit card.

Shylock, in her power suits is dressed for success but as a woman and a Jew she is definitely not one of the boys!

It’s going to be a lot of fun and it would be great if you could make it down and support us at some point. It is possible to catch it in a lunch hour and you can bring your lunch!

Ooo great find Jacqui!  That’s a few days before my birthday so might just have to treat myself!

Sure is a great find I’ve known about it for a while,but didn’t know
till a couple or so days ago that Stephen was definitly in it,otherwise i’d
of posted earlier…

If you go...would love to hear all about it here I know that Stephen
will appreciate all our support

(Unconfirmed-he could be doing upto 12 performances)

So,is anyone else besides Cath thinking of going?

I’ve let a few people know about it who don’t come
here,but whom are ‘Teatro’ fans…

Great find Jacqui, I cant go on 3rd but could go on some other dates in June, please can you keep us informed on when else he will be performing when you find out.

I heard from Stephen this morning and at the moment he’s
hopefully set to do all 12 performances depending on Teatro
and wether he gets any tv work inbetween.

Performance dates(At the moments) are:
June 3rd,4th,5th & 6th
June 10th,11th,12th & 13th
June 17th,18th,19th & 20th

Personally I would suggest calling theatre on the
morning of the performance to confirm that Stephen
is actually performing.

If I hear that hes not doing any of the performances,
of course i’ll post here.

Hi all
I managed to get into London today and went to see Stephen in “Merchant of Venice”. He was great as Bassanio, in fact the whole cast were excellent, a really enjoyable performance.

I waited afterwards to say hi, sometimes that feels a bit odd when you’ve never actually met the person and the only other people waiting are friends and family. Anyway Stephen was very friendly and gracious with his time even though he had a couple of friends waiting for him.

He confirmed that Teatro will be appearing at West Wycombe next sat 28th, sadly I am on hols otherwise I’d be there. Simon wont be performing as he has other commitments but someone else has been recruited in for the show.

Lets hope the new recording contract gets sorted out soon.

Thanks for letting us all know that you were able to get down to London
and see Stephen ‘do his thing’...and also for the update on next week
for their concert at West Wycombe.

No Simon though,I guess that those going to the concert will be a tad
disapponted…
