For some reason people (that means not just me) aren’t able to download either the music or videos smoothly. The must be something that can be done with the streaming. This doesn’t happen on other sites. It’s annoying and may put people off.
So please solve

There are currently problems with the Sony BMG webservers which are affecting all our artist websites.

We are working to rectify this.

Streaming works fine at night in the USA. However during the daytime streeming is stop and go.
